Jollof Macaroni Recipe

Pasta is one of the dish that I do not like eating very often because it contains a lot of carbs but whenever I make it I like adding vegetables. Pasta can be made in many different ways. The way I like mine may not be the way you like yours.  A very dear friend of mine once told me that he boils pasta and add milk to it and take it like cereal. Each to their own right? This particular recipe i want to share with you has been a family favorite. My mum used to make it for us when we were growing up. But I used smoked chicken sausages as protein but you can feel free to use any protein of your choice such as chicken, beef or fish. Spiral shaped macaroni was used but you can use any shape that you like. Spaghetti can also be used in the place of macaroni. I also added white pepper powder and green bell pepper which gives the dish a distinct aroma. Trust me you are going to to be hooked after tasting this pasta. Come on let's get to the recipe right away.
