In hot days there is nothing as refreshing as a chilled bottle of zobo drink. You can easily buy it but can make your own in order to reduce the sugar and other additives used in making it that are unhealthy. Personally I like mine with lots of ginger and flavoured with cloves and pineapple. But when I don't want to mix with the real pineapple I use instant pineapple drink powder. But I came to realize it contains aspartame which is also not good for our health, so I use just sugar or honey or pineapple juice from fresh pineapples. The thing is you can sweeten and flavour zobo drink to your own preferred taste. Ingredients
- 4 cups of dry zobo hibiscus flower
- 6 cups of water
- 1 medium fresh pineapple
- 2 Tbspoons grounded ginger
- 1 Tbspoon grounded cloves
- Any sweetener of your choice

- A clean pot
- A clean big bowl
- A small clean bowl
- A wooden spoon
- A strainer
- Sterilized bottles
